2015: Jonathan and Sambo want eligibilty suits quashed

President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and his vice Arch. Namadi Sambo has approached the federal high court in Abuja today to quash the suit filled against their re-election bid.
A nigerian and two lawyers, Murtala Abubakar, Mase Acho and Saeeq Sarki respectively have filled the suits challenging the eligibilty of the president to contest in the 2015 general elcetion stating that both GEJ and Sambo have twice taken the oath of office and according to the nigerian constitution can not take another one which inferencially makes them ineligible to contest again for presidency. The presidents' legal team however  pray the court to dismiss the suit claiming he has just used a tenure constitutionally and that the plaintiffs have not disclosed any sufficient interest to warrant a claim in public or private law. The president further contested that it is not within the capacity of the federal high court in Abuja to entertain the plaintiffs' suit.
So may reader, let's talk our own. Can GEJ and Sambo contest in 2015?
